Tim Heaton, Managing Member

Tim is a results driven, proactive leader with success in leading insurance organizations in achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives.  His mission is to work with company leadership to achieve growth through sound strategic development and execution.

He has led an established, underperforming company through a turnaround and several years of profitable growth, grew several lines of business while improving profitability, reorganized operations and technology functions, oversaw administration systems installations and conversions, managed strategic partnerships and developed several new life, annuity, and health insurance products for companies.  

 

He was responsible for corporate planning at three companies; coordinating planning, communication and execution company wide.  The plans facilitated improvements in sales, brand alignment, operational and customer-centric effectiveness while lowering expense ratios, and increasing operating net income.
